1. One box macaroni and cheese
2. One can tuna (drained)
3. One can peas (rinsed)
4. Two tablespoons milk
Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Remove from heat. Add tuna and rinsed peas.
To stretch: Add more vegetables, frozen or canned (rinse first). Add extra cheese.
To freeze: Place Tuna Surprise in freezer bag and remove air. Label and date.
To use: Defrost first and cook on stove top with small amount of oil or butter. Or, grease baking pan and bake Tuna Surprise in oven, covered, until heated through.
